Mines - No Boy Under 16 And No Woman Or Girl To Do Manual Labor

No boy under 16 years of age, or no woman or girl of any age, shall be permitted to do any manual labor in or about any mine, and before any boy can be permitted to work in any mine he must produce to the mine manager or operator an affidavit from his parent or guardian that he is 16 years of age.
