This is another one of the divisions of the old vineyard of Gruaud-Larose, and is owned by the widow of Baron Sarget. It is beautifully situated on a gravely soil, in the St. Julien district, and produces annually about 120 tuns of wine which is very agreeable in its character, and which has obtained numerous prizes, among others a grand gold medal at the Universal Expositions in Paris in 1867, 1878, 1889, and 1900.
