Fold 1,2 to 3,4 making an oblong.

At A gather the head and fasten with a band.

Separate the folds at lower edge and bring center of the back one up to top of head. Fasten there with a band for the veiL

Gather the front fold together and fasten a band at the waist.

Pull a portion out at each side for arms and fasten at shoulders. Draw skirt corners backward together for a train. Also draw veil corners toward back.
