1. Construct rectangle 8½" X 1¼" and draw the laps.

2. When the ends of this piece have been pasted, the bottom is put inside, the laps being pasted on its bottom surface.

3. Make another circular piece with diameter 1/16" larger, and paste it on to the other bottom piece outside the box.
